How do I register for the conference?

What is the cost of the conference?
The cost to participate as an attendee in this conference is $750.*

*Sponsors – your registration is included in your sponsorship package. Each sponsorship level includes a designated number of complimentary registrations. Please select sponsor in the registration dropdown on the registration page.

What will the registration fees cover?
Your registration fee will cover access to all sessions and planned food and beverage events over the conference dates.

What travel arrangements am I responsible for?
You are responsible for:

• Travel to and from Pittsburgh, PA
• Transportation to & from hotel and airport or train station.
• Parking if applicable
• All hotel room charges.

What is the Conference Dress?

• For current weather conditions, click here.
• Average Temperature in June during the day is 80°, with the average temperature in the evenings around 55°.
• Be prepared for business casual attire. Bring a light jacket for the evening.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport or train station?
You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel and airport or train station. Please review the Hotel and Travel Page for specifics options and pricing.

What do I need to know about the hotel?
Hotel reservations are being handled directly through the The Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh. The Conference Rate is $189 plus tax (currently 14%).

The conference rate is available for extended stays based on hotel availability.

The date to request hotel reservations at the group rate is May 22nd. Requests after this date will be handled on a rate and space available basis.

Hotel Check In/Out
Hotel Check-in is 3:00pm. Early arrivals prior to 3:00pm are subject hotel availability at that time.
Hotel Check-out is 12:00pm.

What if I want to come early or stay longer?
The conference rate is available for extended stays based on hotel availability. If pre or post nights are not available through the online reservations systems please call the hotel directly.
