In order to secure the conference rate of $189 plus tax (currently 14%) hotel reservations must be made by May 18th, 2012. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Self-Parking is $20 for 24hrs with no in/out privileges and Valet is $22 for 24hrs with in and out privileges. Off-site parking is available one block from the hotel for $10.00 per day and five blocks away for $6.00 per day.

The Port Authority's 28X Airport Flyer operates between the airport and the downtown area every 20 minutes, and is the most cost-efficient option from the airport. Cost is $2.60 one way. The closest drop-off to the hotel is at the intersection of Liberty Avenue and Wood Street, an easy walk from the hotel (.2 miles away).

Taxi
Taxi fare from the Pittsburgh International Airport is approximately $45.00 one way.

Shuttle
Super Shuttle is available for transfers from the airport to the hotel for $19.00 one way and $36 round trip. Super Shuttle also has a kiosk in the baggage claim area of the airport. From Pittsburgh International Airport

• Follow the signs reading Route 60/Pittsburgh to Interstate 376 East.
• Proceed toward the Fort Pitt Tunnels and cross the Fort Pitt Bridge into the city.
• Follow the signs to Liberty Avenue.
• Continue straight on Liberty Avenue to 10th Street and turn left.
• The main entrance to the hotel is on your immediate right.

From East

• Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76 West) to Exit 57 (Monroeville exit).
• Follow Interstate 376 West into the city.
• Take exit 71-A, and proceed onto Grant Street.
• Continue straight to 11th Street & Liberty Avenue, then turn left.
• Drive one block and turn left on Penn Avenue.
• Continue one more block and turn left again onto 10th Street.
• The main hotel entrance will be on your immediate left.

From North

• Take Interstate 79 South to Interstate 279 South.
• Follow the signs to Interstate 579 South and cross the Veterans Bridge.
• Take the Seventh Avenue exit and proceed down the ramp to the stop sign.
• Continue straight and turn right at the second traffic light onto William Penn Place.
• Proceed through the next light, crossing over Liberty Avenue.
• The main entrance to the hotel is on your immediate right.

From West

• Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 3 and drive onto Interstate 79 South.
• Follow signs towards Interstate 279 South.
• Take Exit 2-A (Interstate 579 South) and cross the Veterans Bridge.
• Take the Seventh Avenue exit and drive down the ramp to the stop sign.
• Drive straight and turn right at the second traffic light onto William Penn Place.
• Proceed to the next light and cross over Liberty Avenue.
• The main entrance to the hotel will be on your immediate right.

From South

• Take Interstate 79 North to the Pittsburgh exit.
